Our History

Founded in 2003, BrightOutcome has enjoyed many opportunities to work with the foremost public health agencies, academic institutions, and healthcare research organizations. BrightOutcome has won more than 27 grants and contracts to develop a variety of innovative web-based healthcare IT systems. These systems have been designed to address many of today’s most pressing public health issues.

Prior to launching as a commercial entity, BrightOutcome successfully developed, implemented and validated 8 eHealth and/or ePRO systems for academic, clinical, and administrative users. These systems addressed needs across various topics and clinical domains such as: low back pain, weight management, cancer-related fatigue, prostate cancer symptom management, HIV, kidney cancer registries, and personnel scheduling and reporting.
