Your California Privacy Rights
BRIGHTOUTCOME complies with Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code – the ‘Shine the Light Law’.
Under Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California that have an established business relationship with BRIGHTOUTCOME and that have provided certain personal information to BRIGHTOUTCOME (“California Consumer”) have the right to request certain information from BRIGHTOUTCOME. BRIGHTOUTCOME has no ability to control and is not responsible or liable for the use or disclosure of your Protected Health Information by a recipient of any communication made by you or on your behalf by an Authorized Agent when your Personal Health Information is included in the communication, even if inadvertent, and BRIGHTOUTCOME has no ability to control and is not responsible or liable for any further distribution or dissemination of such Protected Health Information by the recipient or any further distribution or dissemination of such Protected Health Information after receipt, whether authorized by the recipient or not.
